Nightmare Mangle is a nightmarish animatronic character from the *Five Nights at Freddy's* franchise. She is a heavily distorted and broken version of Mangle, who is in turn, a dismantled version of Foxy. Nightmare Mangle's endoskeleton is prominently exposed, with wires and metal pieces strewn about her body. Nightmare Mangle first appears in *Five Nights at Freddy's*. As a nightmare animatronic, she is a figment of the player's imagination brought to life through fear.
